CLA inaugurates committee for unique cultural day in Bauchi

The non indigens residents in Bauchi under the aeiges of Community Leaders Association (CLA) has inaugurated a five man committee to plan a unique cultural day that will serve a uniting bond for members of the association.

President General of the association Chief Matthew Osochukwu while addressing the members on Saturday at Larima Hotel in Bauchi said association is poised to bounce back in unity through the cultural display

Hr ffurther said they are intending to complete the Civic Centre project which they have laid its foundation lamenting that the current administration is not carrying them along unlike past ones.

According to him, the CLA are very powerful arm in Bauchi State and have contributed a lot to the success of the state, hence they may choose from available options if the current administration is not looking their direction.

He aadmonished the committee to engage every stakeholder to achieve their desired goal of coordinating a successful unique cultural outing.

Also speaking, guest speaker at the occasion and former PG of CLA Mukeila Adeyemi advised the the leadership to get the prototype of the project before, it’s current status and their future expectations.

He admonished the EXCOs to allow the committee a free hand to run the assignment given to her even as they are expected to deliver excellence in rebuilding the beauty of the association through colorful cultural display.

The Chairman of the committee and North East coordinator of CLA Yohannah Gwari pledged to drive the committee to succeess if given the necessary support needed.

Also, members of the turbaned chiefs promised to offer necessary support to both the EXCOs and the committee in order to have a fruitful outing.
