The Councilor, representing Makama A in Bauchi Local Government Area of Bauchi State under the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Hajiya Aisha Mohammed Gwani
has pledged to bring people-centered development initiatives to her constituents.
Councilor Gwani, who was recently elected as councilor to serve the people of Makama A in Bauchi at an interview with Journalists on Monday in Bauchi, said I will focus on people’s plight.
According to her, I have identified the need for infrastructural development, skills acquisition, and empowerment programs to uplift the standard of living in her ward.
“My goal is to bring the government closer to the people. I will work tirelessly to ensure that our ward receives the necessary attention and resources to drive development and growth.
“The initiative include renovation and construction of roads, schools, and healthcare facilities and Skills acquisition programs for youth and women
“Empowerment schemes for small-scale entrepreneurs and farmers and Improved access to clean water and sanitation,” she said
She assured the people of Makama A that she will work tirelessly to ensure that the ward receives all the necessary infrastructural development.
She emphasised that this will be achieved with the support of the Chairman and her loyalty to the PDP, the people, and the government.
“I am committed to serving this great ward and ensuring that our needs are met.
“I will work closely with the Chairman and other stakeholders to bring development to our ward.”Councillor Gwani said.
Gwani highlighted some of the key areas she will focus on that include Improving access to clean water and sanitation.
“Enhancing healthcare services and promoting education and skills development, as well as supporting economic empowerment initiatives,” she said.
Councillor Gwani also solicited for prayers and support from the people of her ward, saying
“I cannot do this alone. I need your prayers, guidance, and cooperation to succeed”, Gwani said
However, Councilor Gwani is poised to make a significant impact in Makama A and set a benchmark for grassroots governance in Bauchi State.
