The Bauchi State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held a crucial meeting, reaffirming its unwavering support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s renewed hope agenda and his two ministers from the State.
This is contained in a communique issued and signed by Alhaji Muhammad Hassan, State Chairman of the Party, at the end of the critical Stakeholders meeting on Saturday in Bauchi
It said the resolution at the meeting demonstrates the party’s commitment to delivering on the mandate of the citizens of Nigeria.
“The party unanimous resolution to support President Tinubu’s agenda and his two ministers, Prof Ali Pate of Health and Amb Yusuf Tuggar of Foreign Affairs all from Bauchi State
“Maintenance of peace and unity within the APC Bauchi State for collective progress and benefit of the people
“Critical stakeholders’ meeting to be held quarterly and discipline to be enforced against erring members at all levels without fear or favor.
It also recommended that palliative allocation be channeled through elected/appointed members from Bauchi State.
“Ensuring justice, equity, and fairness in future congresses, primaries, and general elections.
“Firm support for all APC candidates in future elections,” the communque said.
The party urged the Federal Government to alleviate the suffering of citizens and revive the Bauchi-Gombe Oil Project for the collective benefits of the people.
“We need to maintain unity of purpose, unity of brothers and sisters for the progress of our party and the country at large”,” the communque stated
